For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Embark Credit Union Line of Credit and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will process insurance claims for the patient, but the patient is responsible for the difference their insurance does not cover. This is done to ensure the highest quality materials and methods are used for our patients’ oral health. Many insurance companies will only accept certain dated methods and materials and it is our goal to provide the best possible solutions for those who come to our practice.
